You may be curious as to why my website is named "catboy-aviator," well that name was based off my OC, Mik!
Mik is my main OC, he is a reflection of me as a person plus some extras because why not. I will constantly have him as my profile picture on many sites, but he does not currently have a reference sheet, so this page will sort of serve as that reference.
Mik started out as a self insert for... well... a Five Nights at Freddy's roleplay (embarrassing to admit but we all start from somewhere right?) I was doing on, of all places, a YouTube livestream, and was originally a human private investigator, he did not see frequent use after use in the livestream, but he did show up from time to time. All that changed in the 2020s.
Roughly around 2022 is when I actually brought Mik back from the limbo state that he was in, and he received two massive overhauls, the first overhaul modernized him, giving him a design and personality that was more like who I was at the time, he was removed from association with Five Nights at Freddy's and given a more serious and more dark and gritty personality, but he still remained human. The second overhaul changed that, he was stripped of his dark and gritty personality and given a more lighthearted and kind one, this overhaul is also when he turned into a cat-humanoid (a catboy as many would say), and this has been his design since, seeing some minor changes and modifications since that time.

Mik is a Male 22 Year Old Cat-Humanoid who is in college, living on campus with a roommate for which he has become good friends with. Generally focused on his schoolwork and hobbies, hes often very quiet and recluse, almost anti-social. Above all else, college is his biggest priority. An aviator at heart, he constantly visits airports and holds a Pilots License, traveling to airshows when he can, and generally enjoying the aviation sphere. He also is obsessed with space (as given by the fact he is going for an Aerospace Engineer degree), and travels to any launch he can see, keeping up with the developments of spaceflight. He will talk about these to any one who is willing to listen.
Personality + Likes and Dislikes:
Mik, if you don't know him, seems like a quiet and recluse person, and seems to ramble about random topics but otherwise remains quiet, getting to know him however, he is really a kind and caring soul who aims to do good to as many people as possible who deserve it, even if it means sacrificing his own well-being to do so. Depite being a very focused individual, he tends to bounce around his different projects (or start new ones) but consistently focuses his efforts on college daily. In addition, he is quite careful about his health, eating healthy, being outside lots, aiming to walk everywhere he can, and many other small things related to healthy habbits. He also attempts to do as much as he can independently and has a hard time asking for help even when he clearly will need it. While not quick to anger (usually seeming calm despite the frustrations), if he gets frustrated by various things, he is likely to snap.
